Itinerary
Day 1: Katra Arrival
On the first day, you will arrive in Katra, the base point for the yatra for Mata Vaishno Devi, check in to the hotel, spend some time in the hotel and relax. In the evening you can explore the local market and spend some quality time with your loved ones in the hotel.
Day 2: Yatra for Holy Cave
This day is for your darshan to Mata Rani Bhawan; we will serve delicious food at breakfast. After your meal, the driver will drop you at Banganga. From here, you can choose how to reach the Bhawan (13.5 km). After your darshan, kindly visit Bhairon Baba Mandir. Return back to the hotel to relax.
Day 3: Katra to Srinagar (approx. 6-7 hours, 250 km)
After completing your breakfast, your next destination is Srinagar. It will take around 6 to 7 hours to reach. On the route you will enjoy beautiful mountain views covered with snow. You can stay in the hotel and rest for the day.
Day 4: Srinagar (Local Sightseeing)
In the morning after your breakfast, we will escort you to the most popular destinations in Srinagar, which include Tulip Garden, Mughal Garden, Nishat Bagh, Chashme Shahi, etc. In the evening, explore the local market and enjoy beautiful views of Dal Lake. Stay overnight in your booked houseboat or hotel.
Day 5: Srinagar to Gulmarg (2 Hours – 52 Km)
After checkout, our driver will escort you to Gulmarg. You can enjoy the snowfall and various sports. The main thing you can’t exclude is the gondola ride to see the Apharwat Peak. After your day tour, it’s time to drive back to the Srinagar hotel.
Day 6: Srinagar to Sonmarg (3 hours – 80 km)
Sonmarg is a beautiful hill station. Its main attraction is the Thajiwas Glacier. Once you reach there, you will find scenic mountains, lakes and awesome weather. After this, it’s time to return to the Srinagar hotel for your stay.
Day 7: Srinagar to Pahalgam (2.5 hours – 91 km)
Now it’s time to visit the mini Switzerland of the land, the beautiful Pahalgam. There are several places you can visit, like Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, Chandanwari and many more. Today, after spending the whole day in this beautiful place, you will stay in the Pahalgam hotel.
Day 8: Departure – Srinagar Airport / Katra or Jammu
